We started Aktok because the tools we relied on stopped working.

Not because they crashed. Because they stopped being enough. We had more software than ever, more AI than ever, and still too much work sitting between them.

Too many tools storing information. Not enough software doing the work.

The stack never failed. It just stopped being enough.

Not "stopped working" as in they crashed. They just... stopped being enough.

We were running a business using the same stack everyone uses - a CRM here, a task manager there, Slack for communication, Zapier to glue it all together, and spreadsheets to fill the gaps. Five, six, seven tools. None of them talked to each other. None of them learned anything.

They stored data. That was it.

Then AI changed everything - except the tools did not change with it.

Suddenly we could prompt an AI to write emails, analyze data, draft proposals. But our CRM still could not tell us which leads were going cold. Our task manager still could not flag that a project was about to miss its deadline. Our support system still could not answer the questions it had seen a hundred times before.

We had AI that could do incredible things - and tools that could not use any of it. So we started building Aktok.

A working platform. A small team. A lot of iteration.

We are early-stage. We have a working platform - backend, frontend, AI infrastructure, the whole stack - but we do not have thousands of users. We do not have a marketing machine. We do not have a big team.

What we have is a lot of ideas and a habit of trying new things. We have rebuilt parts of this system more times than we can count - not because we did not know what we were doing, but because we kept finding better ways to do it.

If something is not right, we change it. If there is a better approach, we try it. Tomorrow.

Aktok is an agentic operations platform. Not another dashboard. Not another tool that organizes your data and waits for you to do the work. We are building AI agents that actually handle operations - follow-ups, project tracking, lead management, customer support - across an entire business.

We are building this for consultants and operators who manage multiple clients. The people who today are drowning in tool maintenance across 10, 15, 20 client accounts. They have the expertise to run great businesses. They just do not have a platform that works as hard as they do.

AI changed what software should do.

The SaaS tools that businesses have relied on for the last decade are becoming obsolete. Not next year. Now. Every CRM, every project manager, every support desk - they were all built for a world where software organized and humans executed.

AI flips that.

Most of those tools cannot adapt. They are bolting on chatbots and calling it "AI-powered." That is not transformation. That is a band-aid.

The companies that build the next generation of business software - truly agentic, truly integrated - will define how work gets done for the next decade. That is the opportunity. And that is what we are building.

The offer is not perks. It is proximity to the work.

This is the part where most companies would tell you about their ping-pong tables and unlimited PTO.

We do not have those. We are early-stage. We cannot offer big salaries or fancy perks. What we can offer is a chance to help shape something while it is still being defined.

Real work on real problems

Not toy projects. Not learning exercises. The code you write ships. The campaigns you run reach real people. The sales you close bring in real revenue.

Ground floor of something big

The people who join now will shape what Aktok becomes. Not just the product - the culture, the processes, and how we work together. That is not recruiting language. It is what small teams make possible.

A bet worth making

If you believe SaaS is transforming and AI agents will run business operations - and you want to be building that, not watching from the sidelines - this is your shot.
