That creates design problems nobody has fully solved yet: How do you show a user what an AI agent is doing? How do you build trust in autonomous actions? How do you make complex multi-client dashboards feel simple?

This role spans product surface, design system stewardship, and the website layer where the story meets the product.
Show us your work. A portfolio, a Figma file, a case study - whatever demonstrates your thinking process, not just the final pixels.
The value here is not abstract. The work is visible, the feedback loop is short, and the design problems are unusually real.
AI agent interfaces are a genuinely new design space. This is not another ecommerce redesign.
You will extend and evolve the system, not just consume it after someone else decides how it works.
Your designs get built. No design graveyard full of ideas that never leave the deck.
Design is a critical gap. Prove your impact and you are the first design hire when the timing is right.
Flexible. Consistency over volume. Even a few hours a week producing quality design work moves the needle. We'd rather get one well-thought-out screen a week than a dozen rushed wireframes.
